Again, going by the looks, the Oppo smart camera lens reminds of the Sony QX10 and Sony QX100 smartphone lens cameras originally launched at IFA Berlin last year, alongside the Xperia Z1.
This is certainly not the first time we've heard about Oppo coming up with the smart camera lens setup. But today the leaked images of external camera lens attachment clearly show the "smart lens "complete with Oppo branding and an NFC logo.
Previous rumors suggest it will feature a microSD card slot, 16-megapixel imaging sensor and optical stabilization. If these images are to be believed, Oppo might be preparing to launch the camera lens attachment in coming days to come.
In the meantime, it would be really tough to say whether the Oppo smart lens will be compatible with other Android or iOS devices.
There's no information as when Oppo will officially introduce the "Smart Lens" in the market.
